Panther Baby & Educare started in 1987. Mrs Elsa Plowman started looking after friends children and grew by referrals through word of mouth.
Her love for children was always there and she couldn’t imagine myself not being surrounded by children/ babies that makes your day.
She is now the principle and has staff that teach for each age group. Ages are from 3 months to 6 years old.
